Cutting Flowers

It takes a lot of talent, ya know? Not just anyone can do it. Or, so says the State of Louisiana.

I suppose the argument here is to protect consumers, eh? Us lay people may just get too confused and overwhelmed when picking out our lilies. Beware - there are alot of hucksters and wannabees out there. And with so many choices - what is one to do?? But never fear, the state will narrow the field and insure that a properly licensed-eye will protect us from our inevitable poor decisions. Remember, it's all about quality.
